“Welcome” Penny Rug Flag Hanger
This is a great wrought iron Flag Stand that can be a table topper stand or extend up to 60”. I have designed a Wooly Banner with Applique lettering of “Welcome” and Scalloped Appliqued Penny Rug. Each month a new 9” diameter Thematic Penny Rug kit is available. When the kit is completed you are able to Velcro it to the center of the Penny Rug on the Banner. WOW!! Is it ever cute!! You are not required to purchase each of the Thematic Penny Rug kits. You can pick and choose or treat yourself to them all!! Stitch them up right away and have them ready to Velcro to your Banner the next month!! Watch for a sprinkling of “specialty” Penny Rugs during the year – Happy Birthday, Congratulations, It’s a Boy!, It’s a Girl!, etc…
